Targets and job inputs. To run jobs, you may submit:

Instagram usernames, hashtags, locations, and post URLs

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card details. We may receive limited payment-related information (like payment status, transaction IDs, and plan/subscription info).

3) Information we collect automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

Usage data (what you do in the app, pages viewed, timestamps)
Log data (IP address, browser/device info, and security-related logs)

Conversion measurement (when you complete a purchase or subscription via Stripe, we receive payment status/transaction details and may send a limited conversion event to Google Analytics for measurement. This may occur even if you block cookies, because it is sent from our servers)

igscraper helps you extract and export publicly available information from Instagram profiles and content. Depending on the feature you use, results may include:

Usernames, user IDs, display names
Public profile URLs
Public contact info (like publicly listed emails)
Other public profile fields visible on Instagram

Important: You’re responsible for how you use exports and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.

5) How we use information

Run oon and deliver results

6) Deduplication and “unique results” billing

To prevent duplicates and support “unique results only” billing, we keep internal records of results previously delivered to your account (for example, internal identifiers associated with delivered results). This helps us filter duplicates on future runs.

7) How long we keep information

Retention depends on the data type:

Scrape results (public outputs): stored up to 7 days, then automatically deleted
Account data and service records: generally kept while your account is active, and as needed for legitimate purposes like security, fraud prevention, support, and record keeping
Legal requirements: some information may be retained longer if required or permitted by law
